I worked 4 years at this company, I was promoted to Assistant manager the second year I was there. I fell through a glass door at home and had to have 150 stitches. While I was off from work my manager hired this girl as a cashier. And this girl was a nightmare from hell for 2 years! She bullied us constantly, told the assistant managers what she would do and when she would do it. One day on truck day she came to work, clocked in and went outside and sat on her cell phone for 20 mins. at this time I was annoyed with her but said nothing. She decides to enter the store and get's on the store phone for another 15 to 20 mins. When she gets off the phone she stands there with her leg up on the counter, playing drums on the counter with her hands and looking at me like I dare you to say something. I walk up to her and said instead of standing there drumming on the counter why don't you come help us stock. She started screaming at me cussing me and said I DON"T FEEL LIKE DOING STOCK! I told her since she didn't want to work to clock out and go home. She started screaming even louder and scared my customers so bad they ran to the back of the store. They thought a crazy customer came in the store and went nuts. She gets on the phone calls our manager and TOLD her to get her ass there now! My manager comes in and was told, by me and the customers what happened. She takes this employee from hell to the back of the store and talks to her. And comes back up front and tells me to get back to work. I handed in my keys and walked out! I was not working another day with this bully! They kept the bully for two weeks after that, fired her then called me back to work. I lost 4 years of hard dedicated work and lost my assistant manager position. All because our manager letting this girl bully us for almost 2 years. Our manager never told our DM the truth about what happened. But thanks to my customers they called and told the truth, that's the only reason the cashier from hell got fired!
